Louder for the People in the Back: “You Are Stronger Than You Think”

Last week, I shouted at a wall. Literally.
But not out of frustration—this time, it was for motivation.

I found myself at a colorful, joyfully painted wall filled with simple, powerful phrases like:
💬 “You are stronger than you think”
💬 “Never forget why you started”
💬 “Every workout is progress”
💬 “Stay inspired”
💬 “You are awesome”
I couldn’t help but lean in, cup my hands around my mouth, and shout back at those words. I didn’t care if anyone thought I looked silly. I wanted to amplify that message—not just for others, but for myself.
Because let’s be honest: whether you're prepping for the bar exam, juggling life and law school, or deep in the struggle of just trying to stay on track, we all need to hear it louder sometimes.
You are stronger than you think.
And no, it’s not just a cliché slapped on a wall for a social media moment. It's truth. I’ve seen it in my students. In bar takers who pushed through setbacks. In folks who passed after a second (or third) try. In those who showed up to class after long nights with kids or early morning shifts.
So this week, here’s your reminder:
💪 You can do hard things.
💪 Studying doesn’t always feel like winning—but consistency is a win.
💪 You’re doing better than you think.
💪 If you're feeling stuck, take a walk. Shout at it. Whisper to yourself. Whatever it takes.
Because the message doesn’t change—just how you hear it does.
Let’s keep going. You are stronger than you think.
